1. Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: You can return most items purchased from Zadoogar.com within 30 days of receipt.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags. Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  1. Personalized Products: Items customized with personal information, including custom prints, engravings, or monograms.

  2. Perishable Goods: Products with a limited shelf life, such as food items, supplements, or beauty products with expiration dates.

  3. Hygiene Products: Items that come into direct contact with the body, including underwear, swimwear, and personal care products.

  4. Digital Goods: E-books, software, or any digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

  5. Gift Cards: Purchased gift cards or vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  6. Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance, as indicated during the purchase process.

  7. Special Orders: Items specially ordered or made to your specifications that are not part of our regular inventory.

  8. Health and Safety Products: Items such as masks, sanitizers, or medical supplies that may pose a hygiene risk if returned.

  9. Opened Electronics: Electronics and tech items that have been opened and used, such as headphones or smart devices, unless defective.

  10. Customizable Items: Items that are designed specifically for individual customers and cannot be resold.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@zadoogar.com or +91 9311482802. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

• Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please follow the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refund Process

• Processing Time: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund for returned items if applicable.

4. Exchanges

• Policy: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

• Policy: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.  e.g., “Please provide photos of the defective or incorrect item with your request.”
